Our Faurecia Automotive Seating is looking for a New Program Quality Leader to be based at Pilsen.
 

Mission

  • Assure from PMS Phase #2b onwards the consideration of Plant related quality requirements and lessons learned
  • Conduct Plant Quality readiness related to work packages (as part of PPTL work packages) focused on production process performance & securization
  • Prepare the “Package” documents for  the UAP, in line with Customer Relations and PQL
  • Perimeter : From PMS Gate 2B to Gate 4
  • Employee is informed about Code of ethics and Being Faurecia philosophy and is respecting and following it

 

Responsibilities / Results

 

PMS

  • Assure the on-time delivery of Quality related PPTL PMS work packages and key deliverables within program phases #2b,#3 & #4
  • From Gate Review 2A, monitor the APQP process of internal suppliers until initial samples reception with the support of PQL
  • Monitor from Phase #3 onwards the efficiency of the incoming inspection, the EOL inspection, the Quality Wall inspection and Customer resident’s inspection  process and analyze regularly the NRFT (NOK findings) performance of single components & final products
  • Responsible to maintain with the PML the "pre-serial & serial life" List of KPC’s and the related Control plan (from first delivery from plant until GR4)

 

Product

  • Pilot capability growth file (preliminary, PIST/PIPC...) from Tool launch
  • Set up the quality wall and install the failure analysis process (NRFT) for 1) EOL - 2) TQW - 3) Resident at Customer (if applicable) - 4) Customer complaints
  • Responsible for validation of boundary samples during program phase
  • Support PQL for Product PPAP preparation

 

Process

  • Be responsible of process audits qualification and animate the corrective action plan until GR4
  • Be responsible for the validation of the inspection & Poka Yoke devices

 

System

  • Organize the availability of the Green-SOP indicators (PLR) and monitor related improvement measures
  • Stop any process or product delivery in case of serious non conformance
  • Contribute to the Securization Rate calculation by PML together with the PQL and the PPTL before GR #3 and support the Program team to achieve 100% until “Saleable Car Date” / SOP
  • Be responsible of 8D, QRQC ... on his product/process
  • Contribute to the program derogation & ECR process and follows the Part History File (e.g. derogation fade in / fade out)
  • Animate the Launch Defect Convergence Plan in order to cancel the Temporary Quality Wall after customer securization
  • Be the warrant for the compliance between the control plan and the real inspection & testing process within the Plant

 

The ideal candidate will have/be:

 

 

Education

  •  Technical university degree, Engineering preferably

 

 

Professional experience

  •  Minimum 5 years of professional experience in quality and relevant technical area
  • Automotive industry experience/ knowledge as an advantage

   

 

Professional knowledge

  • Knowledge of quality assurance norms and systems
  • Experience with technologies as an advantage
