Our Clean Mobility Plant in Bragança is looking for a Plant Human Resources Generalist.
The role of the Plant Human Resources Generalist is to support the HR Manager in the day-to-day activities and goals, in accordance with the Group's human resources policies and procedures. The main missions of the role are to:


  • Actively work on the Employee Empowerment processes in a daily shop floor approach, coaching and contributing to the add value on the business goals and needs;
  • Provide proactively the developing and optimization of the plant Employee Empowerment benchmark practices:
  • Act as trainer/coach in the different HR/ EE needs;
  • Propose and pilot innovation HR projects focus on continuous HR improvement;
  • Support the  managers in the follow up of individual development plans teams and employees, increasing retention and attractiveness;
  • Respond to HR external and internal audits and ensure the efficient follow up of action plans;
  • Pilot recruitment processes and the on boarding follow up;
  • Conduct and energize all the communication processes within the Plant/Divison;
  • Organize the plant social and recognition events and measure the impact on Plant social climate;
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, actively preventing social risks and promoting a positive social dialogue;
  • Ensure the reporting of KPI oh his/her responsibility and the follow up of the adequate actions plans;
  • Act as HR visible leadership ensuring company's culture and values, aligned with its goals, vision, mission and guiding principles;
The ideal candidate will have/be:
  • Bachelor's Degree  in HR related filed
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years progressive HR experience in a high-growth fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent organizational, customer service, time-management and multi-tasking skills;
  • Able to analyze complex matters both logically and creatively;
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong conflict management and influence skills;
  • International mindset
  • Microsoft proficiency;
  • Proficient level of English.
