Plant Program Team Leader - MAN17256

Your Mission

Our Faurecia Clean Mobility Business Group – Europe division is looking for you as a Plant Program Team Leader m/f for our site in Mlada, North of Praha, Czech Republic.

 As a core team member, you will be assisting the Advanced or Senior or Global Program Manager in their activities, from program award until handover to production site.

The mission will last 12 months (renewable once up to 24 months).

We are looking for someone with a strong Engineer background and great technical skills.

Your role and responsibilities?

• Define process and industrial equipment by taking into account product and production constraints, regulation and best practices
• Support programs, plants and suppliers for product feasibility, manufacturability, costing and process issues
• Manage industrialization of new machines / tooling until successful deployment in plants per programs milestones
• Specify tooling and equipment, assure validation, reception and start-up of tooling and equipment

Who are you?

• Master’s degree in engineering / mechanical or equivalent with ideally ½ years of experience
• Fluent in English, a second language is a plus
• Ability to structure and capitalize know-how
