Your position and environment?


Our Faurecia Automotive Seating Business Group – North America Division is looking for you as a VIE Process Engineer for our R&D Center in San Luis Potosi, México).

Your role and responsibilities?


Your main missions will be to

  • Managing the product interface with product development
  • Participating to The process design and implementation
  • Contributing to the Engineering Change Management process
  • Supporting continuous improvement
  • Supporting production
  • Become active part of the Manufacturing Engineering network  


The mission will last 12 months (renewable once, until 24 months)

Who are you?

  • Master’s degree in mechatronics or  mechanical Engineering

  • Welding certification or course is a plus.

  • A first experience in Mechanical Engineering or in an industrial environment is appreciated

  • Good communication skills and ability to adapt in a multicultural environment

  • Leadership and teamwork skills

  • Basic knowledge robotic programming preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in welding operations is a plus

  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
