The VIE Program of Faurecia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

Your position and environment?


Our Faurecia Automotive Seating Business Group – R&D Division is looking for you as a VIE R&D Communications Specialist for our site in Stadthagen, Germany.


Your role and responsibilities?


The mission of the VIE R&D Communications Specialist is to improve and support the internal communication of our global R&D organization.


Your main missions will be to


  • Edit and publish the monthly R&D newsletter in our social network called Faur’Us
  • Maintenance and improvement of  R&D web pages and Faur’Us groups
  • Provide user support on communication tools
  • Writing articles about major R&D events, conducting interviews and surveys
  • Develop and maintain the R&D visual identity in line with global Faurecia rules
  • Support the Seating Engineering Academy in local training organization in Stadthagen
  • Close collaboration with our Seating Expert Network on internal and external communication
  • Network with other communication departments within Faurecia 

The mission will last 12 months.


Who are you?


  • Master’s degree/diploma in Communication
  • Fluent in English; French and/or German is a plus
  • Strong writing skills and layout (creative) skills
  • Experience in Adobe creative suite (Photoshop) and video editing (Premiere) is a plus

  • Ability to work autonomously and to take initiative

  • Open minded, international mindset and very good networking skills

  • Positive and constructive attitude
