Your position and environment?

 

Our Faurecia Automotive Seating Business Group – R&D Division is looking for you as a VIE R&D Knowledge Management Engineer  for our Japan R&D Center in Yokohama, Japan.

Your role and responsibilities?

 

Your main missions will be to

  • Support the R&D Director in implementing the Faurecia Engineering Processes and Methods in the Japan Engineering organization
  • Support the preparation of IATF (International Automotive Task Force) certification.
  • Become familiar with the Faurecia’s central and local processes available
  • Monitor the implementation process and insure they are used in the Japan organization with proper evidences as required for the IATF audit.

The mission will last 12 months. 


Who are you?


  • Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
  • Experience with automotive industry is desirable
  • Minimum bilingual (English required, Japanese is desired)
  • Good PC skills necessary (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good organizational and communication skills a must

  • Experience in technology and/or Quality system deployment would be a strong asset
