Our Comfort & Trim Systems Division is looking for a Product Line Marketing  Manager for based in Etampes (91). 
 

The role of the Product Line Manager is to understand the market, define the product line strategy and support business for 1 or several product lines of a Product Division;  be a strong stakeholder of Processes between Sales and R&D (Account Planning, Product Planning, Acquisition Process, Innovation Process).

 

Market Monitoring

  • Consolidate all relevant marketing information (product line segmentation, addressable market/accessible market, price trends, market growth)
  • Benchmarks competition (product, market shares, prices, business model, make or buy,..)
  • Collect customers' feedback on current offer and input on offer vision
  • Post mortem analysis (win/loss) on acquisition

Product Plan

  • In close cooperation with R&D, determine the product plan actual and future to fill prioritized business gaps
  • Provides input to the definition of economics targets and follows business assessment along innovation projects (BOAs)

Business Support

  • Define value pricing model in line with product performance and ways to protect our future profit
  • Monitor  Market Prices for his line of product, to properly feed the acquisition process
  • In close cooperation with sales indentify mid term target businesses
  • Recommend Faurecia 's offer for targeted business
  • Provide tool kit to Sales (Selling & pricing strategy, sales pitch…)
  • Promote Products at customers together with Sales & R&D
  • Facilitate the quote of new products and innovations (piloting specific Business Plans)
  • Define product communication strategy and support
The ideal candidate will have/be:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or Business school with a specialisation in marketing
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the same level of position in an industrial environment
  • Results oriented with strong written and oral communications skills
  • Ability to work in a matrixed organisation
  • International mind set, strong analytical skills
  • Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
