The VIE Program of Faurecia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

 Your position and environment?

Our Faurecia Clean Mobility (FCM) Business Group – North America (NAO) Division is looking for you as a VIE Talent Hub Recruiter m/f for our Clean Mobility Crossroads site in Columbus, IN (USA).

Your role and responsibilities?

 

 Your main missions will be to

 

  • Responsible for supporting Columbus HR teams and conducting full life-cycle recruitment to meet the current recruitment needs across hourly/operations job functions at the Columbus plant(s) operations.

 

  • Conduct recruitment activities in accordance with the Faurecia Recruitment Management System and associated Faurecia Core Procedures.
  • Responsibilities in this area will include definition of the need, sourcing, selection and offer extension

 

 

The mission will last 12 months.

 

Who are you?

 

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field of study
  • Fluent in English
  • Previous exposure to hourly sourcing and selection
  • Ability to build a strong external network of recruitment experts and resources
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects at once
  • Ability to manage multiple technologies including but not limited to Office Suite, several social media platforms, HRIS, and job boards
