The role of a Site HSE Coordinator is to guarantee, according to national legislation, the respect and the enforcement of the Group's HSE policy.

 

The main missions of the role are:

 

  • Analyse the site risks and bring solutions to improve the working conditions; the level of industrial safety; and respect of the environment.
  • Examination, Evaluation of impact and decision for putting into practice of new rules.
  • Driving of prevention and security process of the plant. HSE Committee and In case of new machine planned : contribution to preparation of specifications, validation of commissioning : refer to Descriptive Sheet "Equipment".
  • When applicable according to potential risks, definition of a Plant Prevention Plan for Service Provider.
  • Deployment and check of HSE Mandatory Rules and Transversal Memos.
  • Elimination of waste (dirty rags, ...) and empty containers, Other waste : sorting, revaluation.
  • Identification and analyse of HSE risks(annual re-evaluation).
  • Follow the Standard KPIs : FR0t (Accidents with day lost) - FR1t (Accidents with or without day lost) - Severity rate and  Other possible KPIs : FR2t (Cares) - Agrept or Feal Synthesis - Environmental indicators
  • Propose an annual HSE action plan to the site management
  • Coach and support the site management and employees
  • Participate in Faurecia's HSE network
  • Monitor legal compliance and manage the site's relations with local government and regulatory organizations
  • Monitor the reporting of HSE indicators (FR0t, environmental data, ...)
  • Organise and drive HSE audits and trainings
  • Carry out accident enquiries
  • Warrant ISO 14001 is maintained, and actions are put in place to sustain.

 

Qualifications:

 

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Bachelor's degree with a specialisation in Health, Safety & Environment
  • Minimum 2 years experience in HSE topics
  • Established skills in HSE methods : Risk analysis, job instruction, audits (ISO 14001, ISO 45001…)
  • Knowledge on
