Position Summary: The role of a HRIS Manager responsibilities include using various systems and caring for multiple databases.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with other Faurecia US/European operation teams, to communicate in terms of a globally adapted HR-system issue
  • Consolidate and coordinate all HR-related reports for the Division in Metis and other systems, including the consolidation of budget and strategic plan process
  • Consolidate and prepare data for monthly board meetings
  • Key user and point of contact for all HRIS issues
  • Key user and point of contact for Metis, SmartView, PIMS, and FVC system(s)
  • Support the salary review process and consolidate and submit increase files to payroll
  • FVC administration and consolidation of bonus files for payroll
  • Consolidate monthly Qualitative report
  • Preparation of information for various areas
  • Oversee Annual Social Report process
  • All program-related duties need to be accomplished within the requirements of the Faurecia Program Management System
  • The performance needs to be in accordance with the Faurecia core and manager competencies
  • Coordinate month end Headcount and KPI review meetings with sites
  • Processing requests from France concerning reporting, headcount, indicators, etc.
  • Detection and analysis of deviations
  • Provide training & guidance on HRIS systems
  • Manage personnel HRIS database and support of sites
  • Manage personnel database PIMS + and support of sites
  • Manage and oversee monthly GV to Metis interface and run various reports to prevent errors

  • Propose continuous improvement ideas in business efficiency and cost reduction
  • Capitalizes on knowledge and shares best practices / lessons learned across organization and within the site

Position Specifications

 

Authorities:

  • Approves US compensation offers and increases
  • Approves FIS NAO forecast for submission to BG

 

Knowledge / Skills:

  • Strong ability to communicate efficiently with all levels of management, and co-workers
  • Proficient to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required)
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and reporting mechanisms including data & analytics
  • Strong communications skills
  • Sensitive treatment of confidential information
  • Strong ability to communicate efficiently with all levels of management, co-workers and subordinates

 

Education / Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
    • And/ or Finance required
