Position Summary:

The role of Product Line & Business Development Director FIS NAO is to lead all activities with regards to market intelligence, i.e. customers, competition and external eco-system for potential collaboration and Partnerships, in order to fuel the Division Strategic Plan. They will propose and determine price positioning, product planning and marketing/sales initiatives to support the related strategies.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve, in collaboration with Marketing BG, FIS NAO marketing data base with relevant segmentation and default pricing through a close collaboration with CBUs
  • Maintain and improve FIS NAO Innovation Data Base for ITTM (Innovation Time to Market) per OEM
  • Build solid market analysis i.e. volumes, market shares, competitive landscape, industrial footprint, technologies gap and trends to fuel the Division Strategic Plan
  • Coordinate and consolidate FIS NAO Strategic Plan
  • Contribute to NAO Customer Committees through deep dive analysis of trends and Vehicle Platforms per OEM leveraging ITTM results
  • Support CBUs for RFI/RFQ process with specific market analysis (i.e. addressable market in a given region, Interior vehicles benchmark, etc..)
  • Lead tech-days (Auburn Hills) for FIS NAO i.e. Subject Matter Expert coordination for FIS demonstrators, OEMs feedback collection and analysis.
  • Lead and coordinate work on Merger & Acquisitions projects including financial analysis, strategic analysis (i.e. market sizing, due diligence, opportunity assessment, SWOT, Pro’s and Con’s, business case, Business Plan…)
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia’s Code of Ethics and Code of Management

Knowledge / Skills:

 

  • Good interior’s product and technology understanding.
  • Good regional market and customer understanding.
  • Open minded, good communicator, good listener
  • Pragmatic mindset. Good synthetic skills
  • Good management and people development skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English required and multilingual skills a plus.
Education / Experience:
  • Master’s in Business or Engineering.
  • Experience in Automotive and/or Marketing Industry.
  • Experience in M&A
