Faurecia North America is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our Rotational Development Program (RDP) and commit to long term growth and development with Faurecia. The program’s content is built off the academic knowledge received by the candidate while completing their bachelor’s or master’s degree as well as the individual needs, capabilities and objectives of the candidate. The RDP is a two-year program consisting of three 8-month rotations that take place in various Faurecia facilities. Upon successful completion of the program, the candidate will be placed in a permanent key position within their core field.

Your position and environment:


Your 1st rotation role and responsibilities will be based in a Faurecia facility (manufacturing plant or Technical Center) in the United States for 8 months.


In a strong cross-cultural environment, your main missions will be:

  • Engage with assigned employee population on a daily basis
  • Prepare for audits and conduct research as needed
  • Capture “voice of customer” from employees to help develop meaningful engagement action plans
  • Track, analyze and report data to aid in decision-making
  • Assist with recruitment and the enhancement of FCM’s on-boarding program
  • Perform generalist functions as assigned from HR team members
  • Assist with training and development of hourly and salary populations through Learning Lab scheduling, facilitation and analytics.
  • Work and improve internal communication plans

Next rotations:

Your next rotations will be based on your aspirations, our future business needs, as well as your performance assessments after each rotation. Rotation examples: HR positions in another plant, tech center, or North America headquarters. Roles as HR Generalist, Compensation & Benefits Specialist, HR Controlling, Talent Management coordinator, Training and Development specialist etc.



Who are you?

The ideal candidate will:

Have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

Have knowledge of basic Human Resources principles and concepts.
2+ years of HR experience preferred.

Be a highly motivated self-starter capable of problem solving in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

Be willing to relocate at the conclusion of each rotation.
