Our Faurecia Clean Mobility Europe Division is looking for a HR Business Partner (m/f/d) for its site Augsburg.


The main missions of the role are:


  • Manage and support the local talent planning agenda and career management efforts
  • Drive strategic projects to support the People Development within Europe
  • Develop a strong partnership with key clients and works council in order to initiate strategic steps and planning that will support the company’s business strategies, success and growth
  • Drive and support Compensation & Benefits project within our European Business Group
  • Support of Faurecia Core processes during the HR Calendar for Europe
  • Plan and suggest trainings and further education measures
  • First experience in counselling and advising managers on employee related and labor law related topics (e.g. organizational planning & restructured processes) is a plus
  • Represent and justify about measures of the human resources to the works council and employees


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on human resources, law or social sciences or a comparable degree or education
  • First professional experience as HR Generalist/HR Business Partner in a dynamic, international environment (ideally in automotive industry); position can be suitable for entry-level employees with working experience
  • Familiarity with the full range of operational HR topics
  • Business international mindset
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in German and English
