Our Faurecia Clean Mobility Europe Division is looking for a Sales Engineer (m/f/d) for its site customer front office Wolfsburg with link to Augsburg (head quarter).

 

The main missions of the role are:

  • Development of appropriate intimacy with Customer contacts
  • Main customer contact near to customer site at FCM customer front office Wolfsburg
  • Responsible for commercials for the VW Europe account
  • Preparation of commercial offers to answer on due time to the Customer requests
  • Proposing and validation of targeted pricing and negotiation path
  • Understanding and commercial management of local economics (inflation, exchange rate)
  • Applying of guidelines proposed by the hierarchy regarding contractual management
  • Understanding and rigorous implementation of the Sales Administration guidelines & processes (purchase orders, invoices, terms of payment, overdues…)
  • Understanding of the Program Business Plan and associated commercial levers
  • Preparation, update and negotiation of the commercial offers
  • Support the acquisition process in front of the customer
  • Support and preperation of market share , strategic plan and competitor analysis
  • Support of all other FCM functions in front of Volkswagen at Wolfsburg
  • All missions will be done with a close contact to the VW Sales team at Augsburg

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in engineering or in business administration
  • Minimum 2-3years of experience in an industrial B2B environment  
  • Understands client business, products and key competitors
  • Strong Microsoft pack office and reporting skills
  • Comfortable with financials pared with good analytical skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, and capacity of empathy
  • Business international mindset
  • Results orientation, Client orientation and Team player
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Located at Wolfsburg
