Our Zero Emission Division, Gas Storage System team, is looking for a Program Manager (m/f/d) for our Faurecia Clean Mobility Augsburg site

 

 

The main missions of the role are:

 

  • Develop strong relationships and manage the ongoing negotiations with the customer as the official Faurecia representative
  • Liaise with the Program Controller, build the initial Business Plan, define the Program investment scheme
  • Meet financial targets (Operating Income, cash, Internal Rate of Return, Upfronts…)
  • Ensure customer satisfaction (timing, quality, costs, product performance…)
  • Plan and execute all activities which contribute to program success and achieve program targets
  • Ensure compliance code of ethics and code of management
  • Achieve program targets through development & deployment of program roadmaps
  • Use Business Plan to monitor permanently convergence to financial expectations
  • Manage the core team and ensure cooperation with the functions and the plant(s)
  • Apply Program Management System
  • Identify risks and opportunities. Ensure risk management and alert process
  • Carry out program reporting to senior management and customers

 

 

The ideal candidate will have:

 

  • Minimum 3-5 years of project experience in the field of Engineering in the Automotive sector (car manufacturer/Tier)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Engineering, Quality, Purchasing or Manufacturing, team and budget management
  • Technical skills: master PMS, quality tools (FMEA, “QRCI”), finance skills (building and following business plan calculation, etc), negotiation skills, risk management
  • Program management knowledge particularly in matrix organization
  • Understands client business, products and key competitors
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, network animation & influencing skills
  • Accountability and transparency, ability to make quick and tough decision
  • Result and solution oriented, Client orientation and Team player
  • International & entrepreneurship mindset
  • Fluent in German and English
