The VIE Program of Faurecia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

Your position and environment?


Our Faurecia Interior System Business Group –  is looking for you as a VIE Plant HR Generalist m/f in our site in Böblingen, Germany.


Your role and responsibilities?

Your main missions will be to:

  • Be actively involved in recruitment, training and HR administration
  • Providing assistance and support to plant employees
  • Participate in special HR projects (onboarding, diversity, ....) 


The mission will last 12 months, could be extended to 24 months.


Who are you?

  • Master's Degree in business administration or economics with specialization in HR
  • Fluent in English, intermediate in German
  • First working experience in HR function
  • Good MS Office knowledge
  • Good interpersonal skills
