The position and its responsibilities

As a Human Ressources Officer, you will report to the HR Director for Germany & Eastern Europe. Your mission will be to support her in the coordination of the local HR teams. This internship offers the opportunity to scan all HR processes on a European perimeter.

 

Main missions :

 

1. HR management:

• Coordination and consolidation of HR Dashboards in cooperation with local HR teams
• Follow-up of action plan in case of drift
• Support to annual HR processes: annual salary review, budget,...

 

2. HR development:

• Follow-up of recruitment plans for permanent staff, VIE and interns
• Follow-up of processes related to talent management (annual performance interviews, career interviews, people review, etc.)

 

3.   Employee involvement:

• Monitoring the progress of action plans
• Organization of best practice sharing

 

Your interactions and perspectives

 

 

You will have strong interactions with the Human Ressources teams of our different locations in Europe (Germany, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Romania and Turkey).

This experience will be a real springboard within the Group and could be followed by a VIE in Europe within the same team.

 

You…

 

You have a high level of education (Bac+5) with a specialization in Human Ressources. You are at ease in English.
