Your position and environment?

Our Business Group FIS (Faurecia Innenraum System) is looking for you as a VIE HR Specialist m/f/d for our Plant in Böblingen (near Stuttgart), Germany.

 

Your role and responsibilities?

Your main missions will be to

Assist the HR Manager in personnel administration, follow-up of group HR policies, preparation of HR Documents and staffing issues

Collect information and prepare reports in line with Group HR policies for month-end figures and follow up indicators.

Maintain employee data and answer employees questions regarding payroll 

Recruit VIE for the plant

Maintain time management data and control sickness and working hours

Ensure that the company complies with applicable employment law

Support the training process

Preparation of internal and external audits

Propose action plans and participate in their deployment.

 

The mission will last 12 months.

 

Who are you?

▪ Master Degree with a specialisation in HR

▪ A first experience in the HR function within a industrial environment

▪ Familiar with HR Information systems as well as MS office

▪ International mind set

▪ Open minded

▪ Good interpersonal skills

▪ Fluent speaking english and a good german level
