The VIE Program of Faurecia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

Our Faurecia Clean Mobility BG is looking for you as a Corporate Social Responsibility Engineer  M/F in Braganca, Portugal.

 

Your role and responsibilities?

 

As a CSR (Corporate Sociale Responsability) Engineer you will be responsible for helping to develop policies relating to a variety of important factors as:

Planet, Environmental protection.

 

Business : Plant risk assessment and mitigation plan ,  Ethic in our stakeholders relationshipos

People : Diversity , perform a responsible way to work , Communities contribution

 

 The job role of a CSR Engineer involves the following duties: 

 

  • Developing policies relating to a company’s ethical, sustainable and environmental responsibilities
  • Ensuring a company has a positive impact on local communities and the environment
  • Raising public awareness of a company’s social responsibility commitments through marketing
  • Conducting research into best practice
  • Writing and actioning a company's social responsibility strategy
  • Creating partnerships with clients, employees, suppliers, charities, and other groups
  • Ensuring that a company’s policies meet legal and commercial needs
  • Organizing events for employees and their teams
  • Encouraging links between the company and educational or charitable groups
  • Spreading the word in schools and local organisations about the company and construction in general
  • Reporting on social responsibility activity to senior managers.

 

 

Your main missions will be:

 

  • To be part of CSR team.
  • To coordinate workshops for each pillar related to CSR.
  • To follow up action plans and to collaborate in the deployment of main actions.
  • To participate and be part of the coordination of main events related to CSR.
  • To prepare presentations about evolution / impact of CSR team for differents stakeholders.
  • To build the right reporting about main indicators to follow up(example CO2).

 

The mission will last 12 months, could be renewed once up to 24 months.

 

Who are you?

The ideal candidate will have/be:

 

  • Graduated from Engineering or related fields.
  • Fluent in English
  • Network animation, coaching and influencing/persuasion skills
  • Continuous improvement mind set
  • Ability to master change
  • Understand basic P&L (Profit & Loss) and operational levers
  • Problem Diagnosis and analytic skills to understand contexts and define/support the definition of action plans
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia’s Code of Ethics and Code of Management
