PLEASE NOTE BEFORE APPLYING: 

  1. To be eligible for the VIE program, you must be European, aged between 18-28 old and graduated from a master/engineering degree 
  1. Your application must be submitted in English to be considered by our non-French speaking teams in our plants worldwide. 
  1. As part of your international development, you cannot perform a VIE in the country of your citizenship. 

 

The VIE Program of Faurecia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

Your position and environment?

Our Faurecia Clean Mobility Business Group is looking for you as HR GENERALIST VIE in our plant in Bragança, Portugal.

 

Your main missions will be to:

Administrative processes:

    • HR KPI dashboard management and reports.
    • Measurement and analysis of indicators
    • Preparation of qualitative reports
    • Manage Payroll
    • Standardised Personnel files.

 

Employee Empowerment Implementation:

  • Organize Human aspects of Production / Manpower planning
  • Daily operational communication
  • Mastery Workstation / develop polyvalence
  • Involve employees in continuous improvement (improvement Ideas)
  • Task Transfer

Management Development:

    • Talent acquisition/Employer branding: job fairs, DUAL, VIE…
    • Recruitment
    • Training

The mission will last 12 months, could be renewed once up to 24 months.


Candidate profile

  • Master's degree in Human Ressources or similar
  • Management of digital tools
  • Corporate & external social networks management
  • Good analytical skills
  • Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work well with a wide range of people from different parts of the business
  • Ability to manage different projects at the same time
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Good level of English and Portuguese or Spanish
