Indirect Purchasing Data & Process Manager
JOB SUMMARY
For this position, we are seeking a Manager with a deep understanding of Data and Processes Management specifically. The role contain 3 main roles :
- Indirect Purchasing Data Management
- Indirect Purchasing Processes & specific tools owner
- Indirect Purchasing Dashboards & System Manager
We are looking for a someone with a strategic mindset, who is a self-starter, working in autonomy, loves to lead and collaborate while being a team player. Additionally, we expect the candidate to lead and influence top level leaders in a matrix environment and build consensus around strategies. Key aspects of the job will be to maintain existing systems and even more to develop creative mid and long- term solutions including integration of new Forvia entities. This position might include direct or dotted line internal team management, including apprenticing, mentoring/training of other team members.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- As Data Manager :
- Expert on Indirect Purchasing Data

Own and manage the data quality

Interface with Data Office to build the Purchasing Onthology

Accountable for the Data complyance on Indirect Purchasing scope

As Process Manager :
-
Implement or improve methodologies to develop continuous improvement
-
Develop solutions & process set-up to support evolution of purchasing orientations

Identify gaps and improvement opportunities
-
Interface PSP and Procurement Desk to align and drive common governance for procurement
-
Develop Ariba Guided Buying functionality to better control Purchasing Spend and Strategy adherence

Interface GIS, GBS and Purchasing Excellence Central team for projects management

As Dashboards & Systems Manager

Provide and maintain Spend and Value Management Reports (PBI)

Support Indirect Purchasing team to track KPIs and key factors

Be part of the reflection on continous improvement of the global Indirect purchasing landscape

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate will have/be :
- Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering of Finance
- Minimum 5 years experience in an international industrial and highly digital company
- 3-5 years experience in Data or Process Management supporting business teams transversally
HARD SKILLS :

Familiar with modeling techniques

Experience with Excel PowerQuery and PowerBI

Experience with SAP BI

Knowledge of Ariba

Strong understanding of data structuration including concept of hierarchy
SOFT SKILSS :
- Ability to work in a complex, fast changing global organizational environment
- Good understanding of business strategy and plans to ensure alignment
- Program/project management experience with success in leading strategic initiatives
- Creative and innovative mindset
- Excellent leadership skills with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in in a matrix environment
