Our Europe division is looking for a Cluster HSE Manager for its TechCenter based in Etampes (91).

 

The role of the Cluster HSE Manager is to ensure all applicable legal, Faurecia and other requirements are 
known, implemented, adhered to and sustained within the perimeter of their control. 
It is the Cluster HSE Manager duty to stop any production, process or equipment that presents an 
immediate hazard of which he/she has been informed.

 

The Cluster HSE Manager is responsible to guarantee the respect and the enforcement of Faurecia 
Seating HSE policy within his/her region.
 

Generic Responsibilities:

1. Analyze the Cluster results and bring a global vision to Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) risk 
assessment, ensuring accident analysis are properly achieved;
2. Organize site reviews and monitor yearly audits of each plant;
3. Contribute to define HSE tools and procedures for R&D, Programs and plant management with 
the Business Group in compliance with applicable legal and Group & Seating rules and 
requirements. Ensure proper implementation in the Cluster;
4. Encourage best practice sharing in all plants and to the Business Group;
5. Define specific HSE standards and guidelines for the Cluster in line with Business Group rules;
6. Approve HSE deliverables in programs;
7. Drive, challenge and coach the Plant HSE network and support their development;
8. Ensure consolidation and follow-up of the monthly reporting of key indicators (accidents 
frequency rates, occupational illnesses, environmental data, fire safety...) in the Division;
9. Analysis and validate data of Corporate annual HSE reporting;
10. Alert the HSE Division Manager for legal liabilities in the Cluster;
11. Able to efficiently manage cross-cultural teams and effectively participate in an international 
network;
12. Able to coach senior management teams;
13. Able to compile and deliver effective trainings (practical & theoretical);
14. Implement the BG HSE strategy;
15. Lead the HSE plant coordinators network;
16. Lead the project designed to obtain and ensure retaining the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 
certifications
 

Qualifications required (training needs): 
Legal training for HSE experts. Fire safety training. Machine safety. Occupational risk & environmental 
aspect assessment. ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 and/or OHSAS 18001. Ergonomics. Internal HSE auditor. 
Accidents/incident analysis and HSE QRCI.
