The position & its responsabilities
As a Deputy Program Purchasing Leader you will work closely with program core team, commodity buyers, costing team and suppliers.
Main missions :
- RFQ Process & suppliers nomination :
- Select suppliers in alignment with commodity buyers
- Launch request for quotation
- Drive suppliers technical & commercial negotiation
- Lead suppliers nomination process
2. Program development & execution :
- Follow-up program development schedule and ensure on time suppliers deliveries
- Ensure QCD targets achievement by suppliers
- Implement program purchasing specific contracts
- Guarantee suppliers’ production ramp-up before program start of production and transfer to series
3. Program purchasing performance management :
- Process, suppliers strategy selection
- On time delivery performance (program gates)
- Economical performance
You will actively contribute to program margin improvement and also ensure purchasing targets are achieved.
Your interactions & perspectives
You will interact with program core team members, purchasing community, costing team, plants and suppliers.
This experience will be a real springboard within the Group and can be continued with VIE in Europe, America, Africa or Asia, where Faurecia sends more than 300 young talents to enable them to grow with an international experience in immersion.

Last year of Master’s degree (with a purchasing specialization)
You are a fluent English speaker
