Faurecia Clean Mobility (FCM) activity is looking for a Zero Emission Marketing Analyst to be based in our R&D center of Bavans (30 min from Belfort, close to the border with Germany and Switzerland). The site is about 1000 employees and is developing cutting-edge solutions for sustainable mobility.


The Zero emission Marketing Analyst is in charge of providing comprehensive analysis of Zero emission markets (hydrogen activities and other ZE activities investigated in the Business Incubator) through market studies focused on relevant products, segments, regions, customers, technologies, competitors and key players. He/She develops and maintains the marketing databases which contains key data on market size, market share, pricing and targeted sales for the different activities. Through his/her analyses and specific projects that he/she leads, he/she provides a long-term view on market evolutions and participates to orientate the business lines sales & innovation strategy.


The main missions of the role are :

  • Identify and update regularly the addressable market/segmentation for each ZE products based on market trend understanding & data
  • Collect market data from sales and pricing regarding customer volumes targets/information
  • Animate and coordinate a network of regional marketing analysts
  • Conduct ad-hoc studies to quickly assess new markets in the context of portfolio expansion evaluations (market research and analysis: products, customers, trends, technologies, competitors, legislation…)
  • Evaluate with ZE sales and product marketing team the current and future market shares (by product, customers, region…) for Faurecia and competitors, and ensures coherence between marketing and sales data
  • Provide high level analysis of overall ZE market trends and environment and bring value & coherence at ZE level thanks to the analysis of the different ZE markets
  • Centralize overall competitive intelligence: collect and disseminate information related to competitors, create and maintain competitor profiles to better understand strategies, products and alliances.
  • Collect and disseminate summary reports from key events (consortia, etc.), meeting (customers, partners…) and trade shows regarding marketing data.
  • Support external communication regarding ZE markets
  • Prepare data and slides for reporting to ZE, Business Group and Group levels, in particular support Strategic plan process regarding market, market shares and sales data consolidation and align with regional divisions
  • Manage an intern that will support in his/her analyses.


Environment :

The marketing analyst will be part of the Zero emission Strategy and marketing team and will report to the Zero emission Strategy and marketing Director.

He/She will work closely with:

  • The other members of the team: including the Product and Strategy managers, Strategy and Partnership manager and communication manager
  • the Zero emission General managers
  • the BG Strategy & marketing team
  • the CVI division marketing teams
  • the regional divisions and key partners with whom we share marketing intelligence, including our JV with Michelin Symbio.


Qualifications : 

The ideal candidate will have/be :

  • Masters’ Degree, Engineering or Business with a specialization in marketing
  • Experience in an industrial environment
  • First significant experience in marketing and or experience in a consulting industry or similar position
  • Fluent in English
  • IT Skills: Excellent in Excel, PowerPoint and databases
  • Well versed in higher level math concepts like statistics
  • Strong organizational and management skills
  • Results oriented with good written and oral communications skills
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization
  • Curiosity and ability to be a source of proposals/challenge
  • International mindset
