Human Resources Generalist HRG

Overall responsibilities and duties:

The role of the Human Resources Generalist is to support the HR team in the day-to-day HR management, in accordance with the Group's human resources policies and procedures.

The main missions of the role are:

  • Assist the HR team in personnel administration, implementation of group HR policies and their follow-up, staffing issues or industrial relations.
  • Responsible for accurately meeting all payroll deadlines
  • Propose action plans and participate in their deployment.
  • Collect information and prepare reports in line with Group HR policies for monthly and annual reporting
  • Maintain employee files and answer employee queries related to payroll and other HR matters
  • Assist with the creation and implementation of onboarding plans
  • Ensure that the organization complies with labor laws
  • Participate in training or Health Safety & Environment (HSE) issues if necessary
  • Particitpate in the recruitment, onboarding and orientation of new hire employees
  • Assist in organizing and leading recognition events and engagement activities
  • Actively participate in the plant communication programs
  • Support FES activities in the plant
  • Adhoc or other projects as assigned


The ideal candidate will have/be:

Minimum education level:  Bachelor’s degree with a specialistation in HR

Experience :

  • 1-3 years Human Resources experience
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office) – HR systems, SAP, and GlobalView knowledge is a plus
  • International mind set
  • Proven leadership skills
