Our North American Faurecia Clean Mobility Division is looking for a Summer to Year-Round FES&P Intern for its Clean Mobility facility in Dexter, Missouri.


The role of a FES&P Intern is to play an integral part in supporting the manufacturing site in the FES deployment and activities.


The main missions of the role are:

  • The FES&P Intern will have duties that support our manufacturing plant in the application of FES methodologies and tools through their active training and coaching on the shopfloor
  • Assist Plant FES&P Engineer and Plant Management with all projects within the plant
  • Assist in developing model line and game concepts
  • Maintain the FES Shareplace and training calendar


Position Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have/be:


Minimum education level: Pursing an Industrial or Mechanical Engineering Degree



  • Seeking college internship with the possibility of becoming a full-time position within the FES function at Faurecia
  • Knowledge from course work or job experience in Lean Manufacturing


Skills and competencies:

  • Good Interpersonal and presentation skills, positive attitude, and excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to resolve problems efficiently and effectively
  • Intermediate to advanced level of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Windows-based software
  • Helpful to have knowledge of Access, visual basic or equivalent
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia’s Code of Ethics and Code of Management
