The VIE Program of Faurecia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

Your position and environment?


Our Faurecia Interior Business Group – AST Division is looking for you as a V.I.E. HR Generalist for our plant in Eselborn, Luxembourg.

Your role and responsibilities?


  • Unions & individuals’ relations: preparation and participation to unions meetings, legal monitoring, official letter’s writing (disciplinary actions, individual increases…)
  • Training plan process: assessment needs with every manager in the plant, relation with external training providers, plant training plan management,
  • Recruitment & onboarding: Participation to V.I.E. and trainee’s recruitment, onboarding process to plan and follow with new hired and his/her manager,
  • EE (employee empowerment): supervisors, GAP Leaders & operators coaching (on improvement ideas, supervisors & GAP Leaders role, mastery of workstation…),
  • Management Development: people review preparation, individual development plan and development actions follow-up, employee annual assessment…
  • Operational support: support to all employees with their daily requests,
  • Communication & internal marketing: events organization, quarterly plant’s newsletter writing and releasing, internal website management (monthly update),
  • Reporting: Improvement Ideas, Absenteeism, Training Plan (costs, hours, actions …)
  • Audits: preparation and participation to FES / ISO / IATF audit,
  • Others: punctual tasks in relation with other departments such as quality, production, HSE…)


The mission will last 12 months and could be renewable for 12 more months.


The ideal candidate will have/be :

  • Master’s degree/Engineering diploma in Human Resources,
  • First experience in a plant or industrial environment,
  • Proactive and polyvalent,
  • Shop floor oriented,
  • Good relationship skills (the V.I.E. HR Deputy must work with every department of the plant and with a lot of different people),
  • Result & internal customer oriented,
  • Good computing skills (Office Pack is mandatory, and a video editor is an asset)
  • Highly motivated.



  • French is mandatory
  • Fluent in English
  • German is an asset
