Faurecia’s VIE Program?


The VIE Program of Faurecia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

Your position and environment?


Our Faurecia Interior Business Group – AST Division is looking for you as a Division Health Safety Environment (HSE) Project Leader M/F based in our plant in Eselborn, Luxembourg.

In the framework of your mission, you will participate to the HSE network activities in all the division.

As a European citizen and part of an international young graduate program, you will join an international team and participate in creating added value for tomorrow’s cleaner and smarter mobility.

Your role and responsibilities?


Attached directly to the "Division HSE Manager", you will be in charge of:

  • Support plants within the AST perimeter on HSE topics
  • Train personnel and perform follow-up audits
  • Help analyze risks and implement the plant’s HSE actions plan
  • Create HSE standards to be deployed in the plants within the perimeter
  • Drive AST network with best practices
  • Support plants on ISO 14001: 2015 and ISO 5000 implementation


The mission will last 12 months and could be renewable for 12 more months.


The ideal candidate will have/be :

  • Master degree level with a strong Engineer / HSE background
  • Rigor and sense of organization
  • Fluent in French and English
