Account Manager - Stellantis

Overall responsibilities and duties:

 

Integrated within the Sales Organization of a given Customer Business Unit, the Sales Manager is responsible for the Sales development for Stellantis or part of this Account (Program, Serial Life, Acquisitions), within a Division / Region.

 

 

The main missions of the role are:

 

  • Responds to quotes to drive new business by leveraging Faurecia resources.
  • Creates and Develop strong customer relationships
  • Seeks and close new business opportunities
  • Successfully manages all commercial aspects of existing accounts and programs
  • Provides pertinent information upon Customer Request
  • Maintains accurate RFQ data
  • Manages profitability of engineering changes
  • Manages pricing bump chart to ensure all changes are captured and that customer PO price is accurate at all times
  • Maintains effective communication to organization of all customer needs/information requests
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned

 

Qualifications:

 

Minimum education level:  Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. (Master’s preferred)

 

Experience:

  • Sales experience
  • 5 years automotive industry

 

Skills & Competencies:

 

  • Action oriented person with strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of automotive sales environment is a must
  • Sales experience with FCA/Stellantis is preferred
  • Electrical aptitude, strong organizational skills, strong communicator, action oriented
  • Strong negotiation skills with proven track record of success on various commercial assignments exhibiting good judgment
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia’s Code of Ethics and Code of Management
  • Ability to travel to customer site
