Display Technical Project Leader

Position Description

Title   :  Technical Engineer Project Leader- Display Technologies Division

Reports To  :  Direct Reporting to Display Technologies Engineering Director

Mission

· Lead Internal project development such as Platform and Technobricks for  Displays Technologies Division

· Track project timing and budget to ensure efficient Technobricks development.

· Interact with internal Experts, manufacturing and suppliers to deliver state of the art solution that will address global market needs.

· Ensure that Technobricks will be ready on time to be used for RFQ as well as Programs start of development. 

The position is based in Farmington Hills, with occasional international travels to Europe and Asia. 

Qualifications: 

Ideal profile is an experimented Engineer Project Leader with experience from design to industrialization and a large field of knowledge on automotive display development (System, Hardware, Software, Mechanics, Optics, Optical bonding, …)

· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with an ideal minimum 5 years’ experience in Displays product design & development including a minimum of 3 years spent in the automotive industry. 

· Strong knowledge in Displays development and Integration.

· Strong leadership & managerial skills.
