We’re hiring a Year-Round Human Resources Intern.

Our Clean Mobility Division is looking for a Year-Round Human Resources Intern for its location in Farmington Hills, MI. The Intern will provide support in all areas of Human Resources, including recruitment, onboarding, record maintenance, employee relations, job evaluation, compensation management, training, database administration, special projects, and specifically supporting the site HR in the day-to-day HR management, in accordance to Faurecia’s policies and procedures. 

 

You’ll work on challenges that matter

This job will require you to

  • Assist and support the HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, and HR Manager with day-to-day activities
  • Performs general clerical duties: filing, tracking information, scheduling, etc.
  • Ensure efficient payroll and administration processes.
  • Ensures employee information in HRIS is accurate and up to date.
  • Answers employee queries related to payroll and other HR related matters.
  • Other duties and special projects assigned

 

The ideal candidate

To succeed in this position, you will ideally have:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Results oriented with excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia’s Code of Ethics and Code of Management
  • Knowledge of basic Human Resources principles and concepts
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Data entry skills
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft (Primarily Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
