Faurecia’s VIE Program

The VIE Program of Faurecia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

Overall responsibilities and duties, in full compliance with Code of Ethics and Code of Management, are :


Within Faurecia Clean Mobility, the Global Operations Digital Transformation VIE is responsible to support several missions, in his/her role:

  • Support all the initiatives in terms of Digital Solutions deployment in plants/factories
  • Integrate production lines and enterprise resource planning tools
  • Align with main Stakeholders, Product Owners and Key Users the best practices for using the tools
  • Build, Manage and Animate an efficient network to spread the good knowledge and practice of the different Digital Solutions
  • Collect and prioritize the different Change Requests to adapt the standard tools for specificities linked to the FCM operations needs
  • Create and manage the communication and training material through the different standard Faurecia communication tools
  • Contribute to benchmarking activities on digital / automation solutions




Minimum education level:  Master’s degree in Manufacturing and/or Engineering, Business or related field


Experience: A first experience in Digital Transformation project


Skills & Competencies:

  • Fluent in English
  • Familiar with Manufacturing environment, Manufacturing Engineering and Process Control
  • Very good communication skills, autonomous, international mind-set and good interpersonal skills
