Within our Global Sales team for customer Volvo in the business groups Electronics & Lighting you will support and lead first sales activities of selected electronic & lighting products from the Gothenburg site.


  • You will closely work with the Volvo sales team on selected technical projects / products from acquisition, change management during the development phase as well as ongoing series supply up till the end of series production.
  • You assist and enable the Volvo sales team to manage all interests for the projects / products with the customer. Similarly, you work out customer's strategy & demands in-house and closely engage with the involved acquisition core-teams.
  • You analyze the customer's requirements and strategies, perform benchmark across the market, branch & products and present your results internally to key-stakeholders.
  • You work out the price framework for quotations in consultation with your supervisor and the acquisition core-team and conduct the commercial and technical negotiations with the customer.
  • As a Junior Sales Account Manager, you build-up and develop step wise an established network internally and especially at customer side, and you grow constantly into the role of the central contact person for the customer realizing best possible customer care and satisfaction.








  • Completed technical studies (electrical, mechanical or industrial engineering) or a comparable commercial background
  • Ideally first experience in a comparable position
  • Strong interest & passion in the sale of technically sophisticated products and eager to learn & grow within a strong and experienced sales team
  • You are outgoing and communicative and able to build-up strong & trustful networks and relationship
  • High Willingness to travel as well as business-fluent English skills
