Faurecia’s VIE Program?

 

The VIE Program of Faurecia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE APPLYING:

  1. To be eligible for the VIE program, you must be European, aged between 18-28 old and graduated from a master/engineering degree
  2. Your application must be submitted in English to be considered by our non-French speaking teams in our plants worldwide.
  3. As part of your international development, you cannot perform a VIE in the country of your citizenship.

 

Your position and environment?

 

Our Faurecia Automotive Seating Business Group - R&D Division is looking for a VIE Management Development Coordinator in Grojec, Poland

 

Your role and responsibilities?

 

Your main missions will be:

 

  • Recruitment & onboarding: Participation to V.I.E. recruitment, onboarding process to plan and follow with new hired and his/her manager, animate the R&D VIE Network
  • Training plan process: Identify, coordinate and monitor the Faurecia University executive training plan for the Division (in terms of budget/quotas)
  • Management & Development: people review preparation, individual development plan and development actions follow-up, salary review, employee annual assessment… Recommend action plans and participate in their deployment
  • Other HR projects: Mobility, Internal communication…& KPI Follow up (gender diversity…)
  • Support local HR team in transversal projects deployment
  • Interfacing with the employees and Managers of R&D division, but also with the HR teams of the sites and of the Group, this experience will allow you to discover an organization rich in different professions, in a complex international and matrix environment

 

The mission will last 12 months, renewable 12 more months

 

 

Who are you?

 

The ideal candidate will have/be:

 

  • Master’s Degree with a specialization in Human Resources
  • A first experience in the HR function (experience in an industrial environment is appreciated) 
  • International mind set & strong interpersonal skills
  • Results oriented with strong written and oral communications skills
  • Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
