Your position and environment?
 

Our Faurecia Interior System Business Group – Europe Division is looking for you as a VIE HR Reporting Specialist m/f for our R&D Center in Hagenbach, Germany.

 

Your role and responsibilities

 

Your main missions will be to: 

  • Creating and actualizing the monthly HR Reports for plants, Division and the Business Group
  • Find out the actual and future HR Headcount Figures and HR Costs
  • Contribute to the elaboration of Mid Term Plan, budget and forecasts for one or several entities
  • Manage data consolidation and reporting ensuring reliability, consistency and transparency
  • Contribute to the analysis of the variances and propose appropriate corrective actions
  • Develop, execute and control internal procedures including spending authorizations in respect of Corporate policies

The mission will last 12 months, could be renewed once up to 24 months.


Candidate profile

 

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (Finance or HR is a plus)
  • Comprehension for figures
  • Working experience in the field of Finance and/or Human Resources
  • International mind set
  • Fluent in English
  • HRIS friendly
  • MS Office knowledge (especially Excel)
