The VIE Program of Faurecia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

Your position and environment?

 

Our Faurecia Interior System Business Group – CBU VW (Account Audi Porsche: Programs) Division is looking for you as a VIE (Program Management Coordinator) m/f for a new and exciting Development Program at our Site/R&D Center in Hagenbach, Germany.

Your role and responsibilities?

 

Your main missions will be to

  • Support handover from Acquisition and lay the foundation of the new development set-up, staffing and structure in cooperation with the Program Manager
  • Preparation of customer presentations and decision memos;
  • Coordinate program activities, set up and follow program master schedule (design, validation, industrialization), monitor progress according Program Management system and milestone deliverables
  • Set up structure and coordinate global Engineering Change Management process
  • Interact with Core and APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) Team members to establish and support program goals.
  • Lead autonomously tasks and subprojects
  • Liaise between departments to ensure engineering and quality needs are addressed
  • Risk/opportunity analyses by supporting the development and implementation of appropriate action plans
  • Assist in ensuring all cross-functional program teams understand their objectives and assignments
  • Assist in organization of communications throughout the program lifecycle
  • Assist in transition from Development-Center to Production Plant
  • Contribute to meeting preparation with clients on the economic, timing and technical fields. 

 

 

The mission will last 12 months. (Extension up to 24 month ,possible)
