Your position and environment

 

Faurecia Group is looking for you as a VIE Intellectual Property Legal Counsel m/f for our R&D Center in Hagenbach, Germany, linked to our Faurecia Interior Systems Business Group.

 

 

Your role and responsibilities:

 

 Support of the teams (innovation, business, purchasing, marketing) for contractual matters with a focus on intellectual property contracts such as nondisclosure-,

co-development-, IP consulting-, license-, service-, co-ownership- and infringement-related agreements

 Perform review and validation of contracts in collaboration with internal and external legal counsels

 Ensure follow-up, periodic synthesis and recording of contractuals topics

 Improvement, update and creation of template of contract related to intellectual property rights

 Providing training on intellectual property rights, contract related to intellectual property rights and guidelines and best practices on these matters

The mission will last 12 months, , could be renewed once up to 24 months.

 

Qualifications:

 

 Who are you?

 Master’s degree in International Law

 Good knowledge of contractual law and intellectual property law within an international environment

 Skills in communication and negotiation in a multicultural environment

 Fluent in English, other languages and in particular German is a plus.

 Great autonomy and capacity to adapt and work in a team
