We are looking for a Plant Quality Engineer (w-m-d) to strengthen our team for the greenfield project focusing on electrified vehicles within our Leipzig plant as soon as possible.


Main Mission:


  • Responsible for all issues with regards the quality process, health & safety and environment;
  • Liaise with the production team on all quality related issues;
  • Monitor day to day issues with regards health, safety & environment;
  • Ensure compliance with national legislation;
  • Perform Process Audit within the related areas (Supplier Process, SAS Process);
  • Report quality issues (Claims coming from Customer, SAS Line, Supplier) & identify root cause;
  • Deliver training sessions on all relevant aspects of Quality;
  • Establish & maintain safe systems of work within his area of responsibility;
  • Lead and able to substitute the related Quality Technicians;
  • Define & Manage Quality Planning & Documentation
  • Create the JIS facility internal audit schedule;
  • Support Continuous Improvement Process;
  • Planning, Realization & Management of related equipment;
  • Accomplishment and Coordination of Initial Sampling (Components and Module) ;
  • Authorise to block & release production;




  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the automotive industry in a similar position;
  • Problem-solving experience and methodologies;
  • Experience leading work- teams nice to have, potentially 1st time experience;
  • Knowledge of FMA, SPC, ISO 14001, ISO TS and IATF 16949 and VDA 6.1
  • Fluent English and German;
  • Leadership and communication competencies
