Global Talent & Organization Development Manager _ FIS R&D Division


  • In close collaboration with the business, taking into account business strategy and priorities, Initiate and drive consistency in FIS R&D Talent Strategy : organizational structure, governance, talents and capabilities, organizational enablers
  • Partner with Group & BG TD/HR and business leaders and drive consistency talent management processes: including Performance Review (STAR), People Review, Talent Development, Succession Plan, Strategic Recruitments
  • Focus on identification of high potential and coach managers to build the appropriate Individual development plans to accelerate their exposure and Career paths trajectories
  • Lead the identification and development of strategic capabilities with R&D regional HR/MD Team, define transformation roadmaps and action plans, organization design, and upskilling/expertise plans, strategic recruitments etc. to support the acceleration Talent Strategy for FIS R&D
  • Use data and qualitative insights to assess the talent pipelines situation: identify risk, gaps to close and opportunities, spot strategic areas of focus and drive accordingly key initiatives/corrective measures to ensure R&D is equipped with the right talents, now and for the future
  • Developing, maintaining and delivering Strategic Programs such as ‘Expertise Strategy roadmap’
  • In close collaboration with Global HR Functions, challenge and coach business leaders to increase diversity through talent management and recruitment, finding opportunities to bring through/bring in diverse talent and challenging bias within talent activities
  • Build partnership and closely collaborate with the R&D Global HR and Talent community cross the globe. Hand in hand with hr counterparts, facilitate international mobilities, succession planning allocation cross the entire organization, ensure best practices sharing, build common talent initiatives and programs
  • Animate and Coach Regional TD/HR teams ensure they have the methodologies, skills/knowledge, tools and guidance needed to deliver TD services within their assigned business or region.
  • Other ad hoc tasks per needs


Acts as Global HRBP for Central Engineering functions

  • Support Central Engineering Business Leader to implement specific HR initiatives/strategies, execute specific measures, support related communication; proactively identify organization needs and provide appropriate HR solutions. Ensure implementation and review effectiveness
  • Support talent development based on business and operational needs, including related discussions (e.g. succession planning, talent review, Career talk), Discuss with unit leaders to identify learning & development needs and, if applicable, demand for customized solutions
  • Support HC Review for central engineering review at global level. Proactively track and monitor HC evolution
  • Involve in external hiring for critical positions, Source internal candidates and external for strategic recruitments
  • Ensure high performing culture by supporting the Central Engineering Team and Regional HR on performance management discussion/calibration and annual salary review

    Qualification of candidate

  • Senior professional with in-depth knowledge & experiences in leadership development, talent management, learning, organization design, change management & culture transformation
  • At least 8 - 10 years’ experience HR Operational Management and/or OD & TD
  • Confirmed experience in an international context
  • Strong business acumen and strategic mindset
  • Solid business partnering skills: demonstrated capability to influence & coach business leaders and HR partners, network animation skills
  • Lead and facilitate change by proposing innovative approach and ensuring their smooth acceptance and implementation
  • Able to be both strategic and operational. Action and result orientated; gets things done with a sense of urgency when needed and high work standards
  • Sharp project management skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management in a highly matrix environment
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills in English
