Our IT Division - Group Information Systems - is looking for his/her FCS Support specialist Level 2 to be based in Mlada Boleslav, Czech Republic.

Summary:

To ensure the functional support to FCS users in their region while providing consultancy and animation to the Business in the usage, deployment and enhancements of FCS functions.

 

Main Duties:

The  FCS L2 Regional Functional Support Team is the key interface between end users and the FCS Center of Excellence in terms of support, analysis problems and enhacements. Working in close relanthioship with Business Users to promote usage of FCS, retrofit and implement new functionalities.

FCS L2 Regional Functional Support Team is focus in retrofit, projects and special customer care while remain to ensure the global consistency of the FCS Support Chain across levels, starting from L1 and through L3 teams.

 

Main missions linked to those  streams:

  • Lead and implement the FCS Functionalities requested.
  • Ensure Retrofit activities in the region and delivers functional 2nd level support to end users.
  • Collects and describes local requirements from sites (in term of Request for Change RFC),  elaborating functional specifications and getting them validated.  Facilitates the establishment of priorities and the communication of decisions to the users community
  • Promotes coherence and consistency of data by following KPIs.
  • Ensures Continuous Improvement and  actively promotes better utilization of FCS.
  • Actively participation on FAUR’us to provide support to the user and promote FCS functionalties.
  • Coordinates and performs specific training.

 

Skills and Knowhow

  • Solid knowledge in ERP  Manufacturing & Logistic and purchasing domain.
  • 3+ years overall experience in SAP, for the specific domain.
  • Good business knowledge in automotive industry.
  • Good communication and expression skills in a international environment. Written and oral.
  • Project management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask. Flexibility and adaptability in work approach.
  • Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to describe and conduct the problem
  • Strongly focused on delivery results.
