Your position and environment?

Our Faurecia Interior System Business Group – (Design & Development Europe Division) is looking for you as a Development Engineer m/f for our Production Site / R&D Center / D&D Center in Mladà Boleslav, Czech Republic.


Your role and responsibilities

Your main missions will be to support the Program Development Leader (Technical Program Manager) and Development Engineer in technical and organizational topics and build an interface to other functions within development and the customer.

 

Main tasks are:

  • Support the respect of the overall program timing plan
  • Track and define needed Product changes
  • Take over full responsibility for the design realization of sub-components

 

The mission will last 12 months, could be renewed once up to 24 months.


Candidate profile

  • Engineering diploma, plastics or automotive engineering
  • Ideally first experience in design and development within an industrial environment especially in the automotive industry
  • Team Player with extended communication skills
  • International mindset
  • English is compulsory
