  1. To be eligible for the VIE program, you must be European, aged between 18-28 old and graduated from a master/engineering degree 
  1. Your application must be submitted in English to be considered by our non-French speaking teams in our plants worldwide. 
  1. As part of your international development, you cannot perform a VIE in the country of your citizenship. 


The VIE Program of Faurecia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

We are looking for a  Sales Engineer VIE (m/f/d) who will provide support to the  Faurecia Clarion Electronics Business Group – Europe Division , and who will be based in our site in Mörfelden-Walldorf, Germany (near Frankfurt).


The mission will last 12 months [renewable 12 more months.] 


The main responsibilities of this role are:

  • Support on the commercial offers to answer on due time to the Customer requests :
    • Plan and carry-out activities in support of RFS, RFI, RFQ activities towards German OEMs,
    • Get a good understanding of the costing files,
    • Propose and get validated the targeted pricing,
    • Formalize the offer with the appropriate wording,
    • Understand and apply the guidelines proposed by the hierarchy regarding contractual management.
  • Act as a Sales Business Partener with internal stakeholders :
    • Interact with all functions towards Program Nomination and understand the Program Business Plan and associated commercial levers,
    • Prepare the commercial answers to the customer ECRs,
    • Support product lines and engineering departments with customer insights.
  • Support the Sales Director German OEMs on all reporting activities :
    • Support the reporting to management on progress of sales activities and results,
    • Follow-up on the alignment of results with the budget.


The ideal candidate will be/have:

  • Business Master Degree or Engineering Degree,
  • First experience or significant apprenticeship in sales or marketing,
  • Fluent in English & German,
  • Technically interested business profile with a can-do attitude,
  • Good analytical skills and rigor,
  • Electronics understanding.
