  1. Your application must be submitted in English to be considered by our non-French speaking teams in our plants worldwide. 
  1. As part of your international development, you cannot perform a VIE in the country of your citizenship. 


The VIE Program of Faurecia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

We are looking for an  Sales Engineer & Planning Analyst VIE who will provide support to the  Faurecia Clarion Electronics Business Group – Europe Division , and who will be based in our site in Mörfelden-Walldorf, Germany (near Frankfurt).


The mission will last 12 months [renewable 12 more months] 


The mission of the Sales Engineer & Planning Analyst, in Germany, is to support FCE EU sales team in Acquisition planning/reporting activities and to be involved in Sales activities with local customers.


Here are the main responsibilities of this role:

  • Monitoring future sales data (in the "Program Management System", volumes & turnover)
  • Support monitoring of the RFQ budget and schedule (Actual vs. Budget)
  • Support the Acquisition Process (Reg. Acquisition meeting, Go/No-Go & offer approvals)
  • Support for budget construction (Strategic Plan & annual budget)
  • Be involved in Sales activities with local customers
  • Support offers preparation for local opportunities
  • Develop appropriate intimacy with customer contacts (internally and externally)
  • Responsible for commercials of a defined scope/program, incl. internal and external sales activities from lobbying over RFS, RFI up to program nomination & consequent aftersales
  • Preparation of commercial offers to answer on due time to the Customer requests
  • Proposing & validation of targeted pricing, negotiation path related to commercial offers
  • Understanding and commercial management of local economics (inflation, exchange rate)
  • Applying of guidelines proposed by the hierarchy regarding contractual management
  • Understanding and rigorous implementation of the Sales Administration guidelines & processes (purchase orders, invoices, terms of payment, overdues…)
  • Understanding of the Program Business Plan and associated commercial levers
  • Support of the market share, strategic plan and competitor analysis


The ideal candidate will be/have: 

  • Master’s Degree in Economics or Electronics Engineering
  • Autonomy, rigor, interpersonal skills, work and team spirit essential
  • Agility with IT systems for reporting & data collection
  • Fluent in English
