Our Acoustics & Soft Trim Division develops and produces acoustics solutions for the OEM worldwide.


Are you looking for a new challenge in an innovative company? We have a mission for you! We are looking for a Sales Engineer (M/F) for our R&D center in Mouzon (08). The location can also be in Méru (60) or in Marckolsheim (67).


Integrated within Sales Organization of a given Customer Business Unit (“CBU”), the Sales Engineer is responsible for Sales development of the assigned portfolio of products, for a delimited perimeter within a Division / Region. The main missions of the role are:

  • Be the representative of Faurecia towards the customer, in the exemplary respect of Faurecia's values,
  • Have a standard understanding of the market, technology and knowledge of customer processes,
  • Develop the appropriate intimacy with our Customer contacts (Purchasing, Engineering, Programs, quality, spare parts, innovation,…)during all phases of life cycle of vehicle (Acquisition, Program, Serial, Spare parts…)and ensure proper communication in external and internal,
  • Be one of major factor contributing to economic performance of the CBU by ability to negotiate and manage selling prices, tooling, inflation, exchange rate, claims, cash, Purchase Orders, Invoicing, etc. with OEM according to fixed targets and in the respect of OEM and Faurecia processes requiring mandatory documentation (Cost break down, ECR sheet, BP,…),
  • Support contractual management between Faurecia and our Customer,
  • Support Sales Manager within construction, follow up and achievement of Budget, SP, Yearly performance plan, profitability of the perimeter,


The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering with a specialisation in Marketing
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales and in an industrial environment
  • Results orientation  with strong written and oral communications skills
  • Ability to work in a matricial organisation
  • International mind set, strong analytical skills
  • Minimim bi-lingual (English required), German would be a plus
