Faurecia’s VIE Program?

 

The VIE Program of Faurecia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

Your position and environment?

 

Our Faurecia Interior System Business Group – CBU VW (Account Skoda: Sales) Division is looking for you as a VIE (Sales Engineer) m/f for a new and exciting Development Program at our Site/R&D Center in Mlada Boleslav (near Prague), Czech Republic.

Your role and responsibilities?

 

Your main missions will be to

  • Acting as Sales Business Partner to develop in association with all department (Development, Plant, Costing, Controlling, Logistic, Productivity Experts, Finance etc.) commercial proposals to drive the program profitability
  • Being part of the strategy definition for commercial offers and negotiation with premium customer
  • Preparing and delivering technical and sales presentations on our premium products and solutions
  • Ensuring the profitability of commercial proposal with the finance department to achieve the project objectives
  • Contributing to the successful negotiation of commercial offer with customer
  • Monitoring and following up of price and sales evolution with support of our Faurecia internal tools
  • Managing customer account receivables in cooperation with internal departments and the customer

 

The mission will last 12 months. (Extension up to 24 month ,possible)

 

Who are you?

  • Master Degree completed
  • Studies in business administration or business engineering, with first experience within the automotive or other B2B sales business
  • Good German and English communication skills / or local language are a plus
  • Proficiency in standard office automation software (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Self-starter with good organizational skills
  • Analytic and statistical skills
  • Passion for automotive business
  • Good communication skills
