Our Europe Division is looking for a Systems & Improvement Coordinator (m/f) for its Site at Mlada Boleslav.


The Systems and Improvement Coordinator supports the implementation of processes and procedures, optimizing information flow quality and accuracy throughout the supply chain in Europe. You are acting as part of the Division team as interface, auditor and trainer between operation and strategic planning. Be a part of the team defining the logistic standard on European level and achieve automation & IT-tools in the supply chain.

The main missions of the role are:


  • Coordinates development in the digitalization of processes and Industry 4.0 (e-Kanban, EDI, reduction of non-value-adding steps, etc.)
  • Supports inventory accuracy by setting up and auditing material and information flows in plants.
  • Investigate and support any necessary improvements and/or amendments in installed ERP-systems (SAP)
  • Tracks, reports, and challenges plant logistic requirements in regard to internal control requirements
  • Supports and trains plants with SAP knowledge in logistics and other supply chain processes (i.e. self-assessments, audits, problem solving etc.)
  • Coordinate implementation of tools supporting Faurecia Excellence systems: inventory analysis, weekly and monthly Division reports, KANBAN, material booking etc.
  • Develops and drives activities to further improve Supply Chain in the future
  • Attendance on team meetings, division routines and Group trainings



The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering, Logistic/Supply Chain Management or Degree in IT-Engineering with affinity towards supply chains
  • IT-minded. Interested in developments integrating IT and supply chain
  • 2-3 years of experiences in Logistics or IT in Automotive Industry
  • Minimum bilingual (English + German and/or French, other languages considered asset)
  • Able to listen, suggest and challenge
  • Transparent, Team player, Rigorous and Organized
  • Autonomous with strong drive, who works with data, priorities and deadlines
  • Mobility and Flexibility (3-5 days / week)
