We are hiring a Division PC&L Manager (f/m):


Faurecia Clarion Electronics Europe is looking for a Division Supply-Chain Manager and Task Force Manager to be based at our Manufacturing Site in Nagykata, Hungary or in Paris France.


Division Supply Chain Manager main missions for this role are to:

  • Coordinate PC&L team members and actions within the division
  • Lead Logistics activities in Programs and support the Plant PC&L on program launches:
    • Ensure and manage functionally specific PC&L resources.
    • Follow up checklist launch readiness preparation / suppliers’ logistics agreements.
    • Take care of specific customer requests, be the PC&L counterpart for the customer if needed.
  • Optimize the supply chain within Europe Division.
  • Support optimization of logistic (IT) systems.
  • Plan and monitor Supply Chain strategical transformation roadmap
  • Introduce digitalization tools in Supply Chain
  • Analyze PC&L processes, identify gaps and improvement potentials
  • Support improvement of the division PC&L KPIs (MPM, alerts, inventory level / accuracy, freight cost …)
  • Support deployment of the PC&L tools, 7 Inventory basics and 7 delivery basics policy
  • Consolidate and report plants, Divisions and BG performance for logistics related activities
  • Support PC&L staffing in the plant.


PC&L Task Force Manager main missions for this role are to:

  • Lead actions plans, task force and / or crisis management
  • Define and manage Cross Functional Regional Task Force (PM; Sales, PC&L, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality) to launch and follow tasks to avoid customer Shortage
    • Actions; Alternative component, Double sourcing, Redesign,Customer/supplier negociation
  • Track cost generated by Shortage Management
  • Maintain Visibility on midterm shortage for each customer
  • Participate to Daily Parts Control Tower to follow and influence allocation decision
  • Pilot escalation mechanism to Regional VP,and BG ( Delivery alert management )  




The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Master ‘s degree in Engineering, Industrial or Supply-Chain Management
  • Job Experience as PC&L Manager or solid experience in PC&L launches with team management in an automotive plant
  • Experience in operations, including Safety and Quality basics
  • Knowledge about Program Management and standards within PC&L
  • Knowledge about MS-Office
  • Ability of analytic & process analyse
  • Skills in synthesis and set up priorities
  • Ability to work in a Matrix-Organization
  • English is mandatory
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Good communications and Leadership skills
  • International mindset
  • Customer orientation / Team spirit / Autonomy / Rigor / Openness to new ideas
