Your position and environment?

Our Faurecia Clarion Electronics Business Group – Europe Division is looking for you as a VIE (PC&L) Logistics Improvement Coordinator m/f for our Manufacturing Site in Nagykata, Hungary.


Your role and responsibilities


Your main missions will be to:

  • Implement Forvia standards and routines in our plants
  • Optimize planning logistics processes
    • Material planning activity
      • Supplier capacity
      • MRP calculations and parameters
    • Production scheduling
      • Weekly Master Plan Schedule
      • Monthly Sales and Industrial Operations Plan
  • Optimize inventory level and processes in plants
    • Propose actions for better control (production planning, real time control, …)
    • Investigate consignment possibilities
    • Frequency acceleration, Lead time reduction, MOQ reduction
    • Align all plants to same standard processes
    • Deploy JNI tool (Just Needed Inventory) and reach Worldclass Inventory Benchmarks
  • Experience pull systems and lean manufacturing
  • Lead logistics improvement and convergence plans

The mission will last 12 months.


Candidate profile

  • Master’s degree/Engineering diploma in logistics, continuous improvement
  • Fluent in English
  • Interpersonal Skills
  • Good MS office commands
