Faurecia Clean Mobility develops and produces solutions to drive Mobility and Industry towards zero emission. Our solutions for air quality, energy efficiency, acoustic performance and powertrain electrification address the needs of passenger cars and commercial vehicles manufacturers, industrial and high horsepower applications.

 

We need strong expertise and key competencies also displaying high energy and agility, so we are looking for a Financial Controller at its Faurecia Clean Mobility Business Group (BG) Worldwide headquarter in Nanterre, France.

 

The position is split in two fields of responsibility:

Finance Business Partner for Supply Chain (PC&L) and Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS):

  • In charge of BG data consolidation and reporting for Supply Chain & Quality Function
  • Ensuring reliability, consistency, and transparency (Actual, Forecast, Budget, SP)
  • Be point of contact for Divisions on questions from local controllers and managers
  • Effectively communicate key information, process changes and deadlines
  • Participate in business reviews
  • Improve Controlling communication tools in coordination with the support team
  • Participate actively in Group improvement and digital reporting initiatives
  • Provide Ad hoc analysis

 

Central Controller:

  • Manage data consolidation and reporting ensuring reliability, consistency, and transparency
  • SG&A / R&D Controller for the BG
  • Contribute to the analysis of the variances and propose appropriate corrective actions
  • Support external audit & internal control reviews
  • Coordinate the Fees recharge process within the BG
  • Contribute to the Strategic Plans, Budgets, Forecasts, Actuals for one or several entities
  • Manage & administrate reporting and process management tools, e.g. SAP-FCS masterdata (cost centers, Internal Orders, WBS)
  • Closely follow-up Headcount evolution
  • Supervise Trainee/Intern

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Business School with master’s degree in finance
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in a production environment
  • Ability to work in an international environment with cross-functional teams
  • Self-starter with strong communication and analytical skills, able to lead assigned topics autonomous, flexible and reliable
  • Experience in SAP Finance and controlling solutions (ERP, Ariba, Concur, BW) and consolidation tools (Oracle)
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and the rest of MS Office package
  • First experience with Power BI / RPA’s and other digital tool is a plus
  • Proficient in English
