Our IT Division - Group Information Systems - is looking for his/her Manufacturing Execution Platforms Manager to be based in the Headquarters in Nanterre (Paris region, France).

 

Vos missions


In your function you report directly to the Group Information Systems Applications Director . The role of the Manufacturing Execution Platform Manager is to:
 

  • Lead IT Manufacturing Transformation / Shopfloor digitalization journey :
     
    • By building our X.0 industry solutions
    • By deploying Faurecia ‘ model plant ’ digital tools framework.

 

  • Coordinate initiatives / roadmaps / budgets with the Group & Business Groups Operations top management.

 

  • Foster our data strategy journey, ensuring digital continuity and data consistent integration

 

 

  • Propose innovative solutions liaising with our internal customers demands/strategy.

 


The main missions and challenges of the role are to :
 

  • Manage a team (30+ p.) of Project managers, Business analysts & competences centers (SAP MES suite, IIOT platform).

 

  • Prepare & participate to the executive governance committee.

 

 

  • Contribute to strategic innovations (Proof of Concept, Pilot, @scale) like our IIOT Platform, digital twin projects, Edge / Cloud MES, dataplatform

 

  • Actively leverage other IT functions : architects, infrastructure & operations, Cybersecurity, Regions

 

 

  • Animate the worldwide GIS network for digital solutions implementations.

 

  • Manage Domain Budgets, teams, use cases/business cases
  • Arbitrate & conduct solutions enhancements in term of value, workload, planning.

 

  • Liaise with key editors to closely follow their roadmap and launch Proof of value (eg Cloud functions).


 

 

Your profile:

 

The Ideal Candidate Should Have / Be
 

  • A successfully completed degree (Diploma, Bachelor or Master) in the field of Information Technology or Manufacturing / supply chain

 

  • 10+ years of professional experience ideally with double skills in the IT domain and manufacturing/ supply chain.

 

 

  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken

 

  • Strong ability to interface different teams

 

 

  • Proficient in English language

 

  • Entrepreneurship & dynamism

 

 

  • Willingness for regular business travel is assumed (travel up to 25% of working time).
